Not sure if it's THE best young prospect out of France tho (that has to be Sahladine Parnasse), but Baki is definitely up there with Abdouraguimov in terms of potential.

Nora Cornolle, TKO, R3
Great signing, Nora Cornolle is an interesting french prospect ! She's not young at 33 years old, but it's because she had a decent career in muay thai before making the transition (she was a 2 time french champion and a european champ in muay thai, for what it's worth). She has a nice 6-1 record (5 ko, 1 sub, and her lone defeat being a decision in her first pro fight). Joselyne Edwards is way more experienced in MMA, and will be her toughest test by far, but from what I saw, Cornolle is a beast and has a ton of potential. Should be a fun prelim fight !

Volkan Oezdemir, DEC
Solid fight between two interesting fighters, for a place in the top 10. Volkan is in a weird spot right now. On a good night he has the potential to win against almost any fighter of the division, but always seems to underperform badly : for example, he almost KO'd the champ Jiri, at least twice, before getting caught himself in a back and forth fight. Same with Krylov, the first round was absolutely crazy and Volkan badly hurt him at one point, but couldn't finish. He also dominated the entire Anthony Smith fight both on the feet and on the ground, I mean it was a beatdown and he was really close to finish him a bunch of times before exhausting himself late in the fight and losing to exhaustion/guillotine. The Reyes and the Rakic fights were both really close technical affairs and could've gone to either fighters... Volkan is really a good composed technical fighter with lethal leg kicks (what he did to Rakic's leg was insane), great TD defense and decent cardio, but he's a bit slow and (contrary to his nickname and reputation) lacks big power. He's tough as hell but his chin isn't great either. Murzakanov is a promising prospect, but strangely enough he's older than Volkan, and this will be by far his toughest challenge. Really intereted to see if it's the end of the road for Volkan or he still can make a last ride to contention.

Hailey Cowan, DEC
I don't even know if Zarah can make weight... She definitely can't make the win, tho. And this is coming from a French fan...

Manon Fiorot, TKO, R3
Absolutely great co-main. In fact, I'm pretty sure this could've headlined instead of Gané vs Spivak. Fiorot is a loved by the french public and her karate style is pretty fun to watch, and Rose is a world wide star and an ex cham that brings a big international flavour to this show. This fight has more chances to go to championship rounds than the heavyweight matchup, and to be honest, people (even in France) are pretty down on Gane after his disapointing performance against Jones, and the Spivak matchup was a let down compared to the Pavlovich fight we all expected at one point. Anyway, I'm not complaining, with the addition of Volkan vs Murzakanov and probably Imavov finding a spot here, the card looks great thus far
